1st Day: “City center historic” tour
Our Turin 3 days tour starts in Piazza Castello where most of the important buildings are located. Overlooking the square is Palazzo Madama, the front side of the Acaja’s Castle. On the north-west, next to the monumental gate of the Royal Palace (with its Gardens), stays Royal Chappel of San Lorenzo. Attached to the west wing of the Royal Palace is the Cathedral of S. Giovanni Batista.
After lunch in local restaurant continues visit to the symbol of Turin, Mole Antonelliana, 167m tower with its distinctive aluminium spire. It was originally intended as a synagogue when construction began in 1862, but was never used as a place of worship. The Panoramic Lift brings up to the 85m-high outdoor viewing deck with splendid 360 grade view over city. The tour continues with short walk to see Teatro Regio, Palazzo Carignano, the seat of the first Italian Parliament and at the end S.Carlo Square where if we are lucky we can attend one of the numerous spectacles, Juventus game or just take a refreshment in bars or restaurants.
2nd Day: “Italian passion” tour
Wine – Popular description of the Barolo red wine comes from the Savoy royal house: „Barolo is the wine of kings and the king of wines“. The visit of Langhe region to enjoy the beautiful landscape and taste the world top wines in the local vinery is absolutely unforgettable experience.
Cars – The Lingotto area is home to the former FIAT car plant, transformed by architect Renzo Piano into the Centro Congressi Lingotto, with the Auditorium Giovanni Agnelli concert hall and rooftop Pinacoteca Agnelli art gallery. We will visit he Museo Nazionale dell’Automobile showcases cars from Ferraris to Minis. Food emporium Eataly sells gourmet olive oils and pesto, while bars and music clubs draw a student crowd.
3rd Day: “Italian style free time” tour
Nowadays entraitment. Allianz Stadium and Juventus Museum. Juventus is the most successful italian and one of the world leading soccer teams. „Juve“ won the national championship the last 8 consecutive years.
